According to Cleveland.com, two men, one of them being Dolph Ziggler’s brother, on Friday pleaded guilty to the 2016 killing of a Marine Corps veteran during an attempted armed robbery at a Cleveland hotel.
David Nemeth, the real-life brother of Ziggler, and Jack King pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, aggravated robbery and kidnapping charges of Joshua Mascol at the University Hotel and Suites on Euclid Avenue. Nemeth and King tried to rob Mascol, 34, during a drug deal at the hotel. A scuffle broke out, and Mascol was shot three times in a hallway, prosecutors said.
Both Nemeth and King will be sentenced on August 28th and had faced standing trial on charges of aggravated murder
Cuyahoga County prosecutors asked the judge to bar David Nemeth’s lawyers from mentioning that he was the brother of Dolph Ziggler, whose real name is Nicholas Nemeth. It was to be believed that if it was brought up, it would take the jurors’ attention away from the case.
