L’Équipe report this evening that 21-year-old French youth international winger and Angers man Jeff Reine-Adelaïde has been the subject of a €10m bid from Lille.
The newspaper claims that SCO have turned down the bid for the ex-Arsenal man who is under contract until 2022.
In recent days, Rennes, OGC Nice and AS Monaco all made enquiries for the player, but only Les Dogues have made a bid. SCO said no, wanting between €20m and €25m in order to let “Jeff” depart. We wait to see if LOSC will make a new bid for the player.
Angers in the meantime are intending to sell Flavien Tait and Stéphane Bahoken this summer and are considering making French U21s international Reine-Adelaïde, a contract extension offer with a wage hike, in light of this heavy interest.
