Sevilla are considering signing Italian goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu from PSG, but the 29-year-old goalkeeper is also wanted by Serie A side Napoli.
Jorge Sampaoli’s side have also made approaches for Valencia goalkeeper Diego Alves and the availability of Manchester City’s Joe Hart, however Alves has made clear he prefers a move to Barcelona while Hart at this point remains unlikely to move away from England.
Estadio Deportivo follow up Calciomercato‘s report that Sevilla are now rivaling Napoli for interest in the Italian Sirigu, who last year was PSG’s second goalkeeper behind German Kevin Trapp, and may now be behind Alphonse Areola, who spent last season on loan at Villarreal.

Sirigu wants to be a guaranteed starter at his new club, and Sevilla are more likely to provide this – with David Soria ruled out for six weeks and doubts remain over Sergio Rico’s position in the team, while Portuguese goalkeeper Beto has moved to Sporting CP.
