Speaking to L’Équipe, Lyon President Jean-Michel Aulas confirmed that next Tuesday’s Champions’ League Round of 16 2nd leg clash vs Juventus will be played as scheduled in Turin, occurring behind closed doors, as Italy continues to battle the COVID-19 outbreak.
“Juventus have confirmed to us that we will play on Tuesday night behind closed doors in Turin. This has been confirmed by UEFA. The Italian Prime Minister had said that no matches could be played, but then said that this pertained to matches at a national level and not at an international level.
