France Football report that the situation of 22-year-old Watford winger Ismaila Sarr is going to continue to be a hot topic in the Premier League in the final days of this transfer window.
Sarr has been offered to both Everton and Manchester United, but it is Liverpool who have been most pressingly after the Senegalese international, inviting his agents to a meeting a bit more than a week ago. Jürgen Klopp wants to give his squad attacking depth in the even of injuries to Sadio Mané, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.
The outlet claims that an agreement has been found between Liverpool and Watford worth between €35m and €40m. LFC have offered Sarr between €6m and €7m a year gross, according to a source close to the situation.

But Aston Villa have recently entered the race and are prepared to outbid the Reds for the player, as well as believing they can convince Sarr to join them instead by offering him a place in the starting XI.
Up until very recently, Sarr preferred Liverpool, but their signing of Diogo Jota from Wolves last weekend could change Sarr’s view, conscious that this adds even more competition for places for the Generation Foot prospect if he was still to join the Reds.
Sources at Liverpool insist to France Football that the arrival of Jota does not necessarily mean that they are no longer interested in signing Ismaïla Sarr too. They have also been contacts established between Klopp and Barcelona over Ousmane Dembélé – these talks are indeed real, but LFC’s desire for a loan, whilst the Catalan giants would only do business on a permanent basis, make a deal unlikely.
Also, Ronald Koeman likes Dembélé and is counting on him this season.
