L’Équipe report that the asking prices set by PSG for 26-year-old left-sided central defender Abdou Diallo and 28-year-old Argentine midfielder Leandro Paredes are slowing their attempts to remove them from the 1st team squad this summer, despite serious interest in both from Italian clubs.
Diallo remains a target for AC Milan, who made loan with option to buy attempts to sign the player back in January. Antero Henrique, who is leading PSG’s attempts to clear the 1st team squad of deadwood, is seeking to make permanent sales wherever possible, but is resigned to the fact that deals may have to be concluded as loans with option to buy instead, especially as the summer window rolls on.
Lazio have an interest in Paredes in the event that they are in a situation where Sergej Milinković-Savić is sold, according to sources contacted by Get French Football News.

As it pertains to 29-year-old Argentine striker Mauro Icardi, the player is refusing to participate much in the club’s attempts to move him on and there is very little concrete interest in his services as a result. However, newly promoted to Serie A side Monza have made contact and are hoping to pull of a deal in the final hours of the summer window on a loan basis where they would cover a minority of Icardi’s wages.
