Following this week’s Ultimate Deletion match which aired on WWE Raw this week, and Michael Cole’s dismissive comments made before the match, TMZ spoke with Matt Hardy about what’s next for “Woken” Hardy in WWE.
Matt Hardy says maybe the Ultimate Deletion match was not something that was supposed to happen in the “plane” of WWE, but Matt feels now that he has the foot in the door with the Hardy Compound idea, he believes it is something that can change WWE forever.
WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley then entered the conversation and says when he watched the match he could not help but think of how Vince McMahon was reacting to the on-location bout. Foley says he thought Vince could have either loved it or hated it, but personally, Foley loved it.
Hardy finished the clip by saying he does not know whether or not Vince McMahon liked Ultimate Deletion, but he has a spot for McMahon at the Hardy Compound where he can ‘delete’ him, and Senor Benjamin would love to dig a hole made just for Vince McMahon.
Is @MichaelCole at risk of DELETION by #WOKEN @MATTHARDYBRAND with the help of @Vanguard1AAR? https://t.co/HE3galUBpP
