WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here… to test the Brave Change philosophy of this channel I’ve done many varied workouts. But in this case, I’ve had to put myself in the shoes of a 9-months-pregnant woman to get a feel for how the fairer sex stay fit during pregnancy. This time I hit a CrossFit gym in Venice Beach in California and trained with 6-months-pregnant Katie Plummer, except I had a 20lbs medicine ball strapped to my belly… and now I have a new found respect for not only women who train while pregnant but also women who just walk around while expecting a child!
