As we noted last week, independent star and Mae Young Classic competitor Toni Storm is being advertised to appear at the June 18th and 19th WWE UK events at Royal Albert Hall in London, England.
According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Storm is believed to have signed with WWE, or at the very least will be appearing at the June UK events, and the company might have been more aggressive in trying to sign Storm in light of the recent ITV World of Sport announcement.
When ITV announced weeks ago that it was reviving its World of Sport TV show in The UK, WWE reportedly offered over 20 talents UK deals in an attempt to keep them away from the ITV project. The names offered deals include Joe Coffey, Zack Gibson, Dave Mastiff, El Ligero, Travis Banks, Chris Brookes, Jinny, Kenny Williams, Flash Morgan Webster and Eddie Dennis.

Of the names mentioned above, Williams, Coffey, Gibson, Mastiff and El Ligero were announced this week as competitors in the upcoming WWE UK Title tournament, meaning they have agreed to WWE deals.
The Observer report adds the WWE contracts all include terms allowing the company to terminate the deals at the four and eight month marks, likely meaning WWE is still unsure how they are going to proceed with UK division plans.
