— Company officials have had discussions on calling up WWE developmental performer Angela Fong from Florida Championship Wrestling after WrestleMania XXV to manage Cryme Tyme.
Fong is a 24-year-old Canadian bikini model who tried out for the 2007 Diva Search contest. Although she didn’t make it to the final eight, John Laurinaitis would later sign her to a developmental contract in February 2008.
— In an update on this week’s Raw rating, while it drew a 3.6 number, it just barely did as it was rounded up from a 3.55. The show did hours of 3.36 and 3.75. Also, last week’s edition of A.M. Raw did a 0.92 cable rating.
— WWE will be taping 2 weeks worth of TV on 3 back-to-back nights in late June & early July. Here’s the schedule:
June 29th in Oakland – 2 episodes of Raw
June 30th in Fresno – 1 episode of Smackdown & 1 episode of ECW
July 1st in Bakersfield – 1 episode of Smackdown & 1 episode of ECW
