Los Angeles is technically one of California’s southernmost cities, but do the ladies of Tinseltown manage to channel modern Southern style? Draper James founder Reese Witherspoon certainly does: On Monday the Wild actress stepped out in one such chic, summery look during a shopping adventure in Hollywood, California.
For her trip, which included visits to Kitross and Georgetown Cupcakes (because who doesn’t need a start-of-week pick-me-up?), Witherspoon rocked a white pair of Draper James floral pants ($130; draperjames.com) with a matching solid navy shirt and strings of stylishly layered gold necklaces. She accessorized her ensemble (which completely embraced her fashion M.O.) with rounded sunglasses and a straw tote that featured pom-poms and colorful striped handles. Her navy platform wedges appeared to be the perfect companion for her walk.
So what, other than shopping, did the beauty spend her day doing? She took to Snapchat and Instagram to offer a glimpse at her activities, which included a stop for coffee. “Otherwise known as ‘pro-caffeinating’ …. ???” she joked alongside a glowing selfie of herself.
