The young Frenchman has signed a new contract with the Ligue 1 champions after making three first-team appearances under Thomas Tuchel this season
Paris Saint-Germain have handed Stanley Nsoki his first professional contract after the teenager impressed in his three league appearances at the start of the campaign.
Nsoki, 19, made one Ligue 1 appearance as a substitute in 2017-18 but he has emerged as a regular first-team player under Thomas Tuchel, starting two games during the club’s unbeaten start to the season.
The Poissy-born defender emerged through the club’s youth system before making his debut in a 3-1 victory over Caen in December 2017.
The former France Under-17 international has agreed terms with the club in a deal that runs until June 2021, according to L’Equipe.
The young left-back was behind Layvin Kurzawa and Yuri Berchiche in the pecking order in Paris last season but the latter joined Athletic Bilbao in the summer, which has allowed Nsoki to force his way into Tuchel’s thinking for a place in the starting XI.
PSG have won all five of their matches at the start of the new Ligue 1 season, scoring a whopping 17 goals and look well placed to continue their recent domination of French football.
Before facing Rennes on Sunday in their next domestic clash, the Parisians must travel to England to face Liverpool at Anfield on Tuesday, as they begin their 2018-19 Champions venture.
Nsoki could be in line to feature in some capacity in both games as he continues his development, but it is fairly safe to say that the future looks bright for the France U-20 international.
PSG continue to grow as one of the biggest superpowers in world football and if the defender can continue to impress when given the chance, he could not only attract interest from some of the other big clubs in Europe but also earn himself a call-up to the France senior squad.
